Spring Features


First you need to download the Spring engine to play on this map.

Maps are ".sd7" or ".sdz" files. To install this files move them into (Unix) ~/.spring/maps
or (Windows) "My Documents\My Games\Spring\Maps".
Use the "Reload maps/games" option from the "Tools" menu in SpringLobby.

Description

It's a remake of "Higher Grounds v2" by flopflop. New texture, new heightmap (based on the original), ssmf, normalmapped, etc etc and pretty features!

All map features are 10 energy, 0 metal and can be reclaimed. Fences/lightpoles/etc are non-blocking.

Umm, looks like I'mma have to bake evo's metalmap in, but will provide a config in the map suitable for *A/ZK (or you can just use evo's layout... it's pretty good). (Config is in map configs folder)

where all the containers and crane features show in forum?

seem you not added all promised
good map tought
maybe the control of highground will be an issue because contested at the game start and will end quickly
so why not use the reverved heightmap or start position on heights?
