Yes, AI:s may fail because they were not designed for this special economy system. They may not even understand that ore should be reclaimed. So, multiplayer is what I can recommend for now.
The autohost is working, maybe there was a temporary problem? Try again...

Tryed it on singleplayer mode.
E323AI does not build mexes))) So nothing he can really build with +1 metall income.
Also I can select only BA 7.63 mod in singleplayer. So I can build regular BA mexes on these strange metall places with tiberium))
I think this map is not working on singleplayer. So I will try it online when people will play it.
I tryed already autohost with bot. But for some reason game can't be started. Spring can't connect for 30 seconds and then it just closes.
