--General unit balance changes
-R60:
+Hammer and Thud reload time halved, dps remains the same, range increased to 400 (380), sight distance increased to match weapon range
+Fido is now all-terrain capable, model size slightly increased, max velocity reduced to 2.0 (2.3), max damage reduced to 1000 (1150), metal cost increased to 280 (253), Gauss reload time reduced to 1.6 (1.79), mortar reload time increased to 3.5, damage dealt increased to 300 (255), ranges of both increased to 680 (650)
+Recluse size slightly increased, max damage increased to 1300 (1050), weapon trajectory height increased to 1.5 (1.0), weapon start velocity increased to 240 (120)
+Spider now has radar stealth
+Land based combat engineers can now build themselves

--Overview of economic changes
Economy has been radically altered with the focus of metal income being heavily weighted towards mexes. Consequently, the current metal maker metal:energy ratio has been halved. However, metal makers also build faster and have much more HP than before. This makes them ideal for burning off excess energy. In light of these changes, territory control and wreckage reabsorption have become more critical than ever before. Mex output values have been increased across the board which, coupled with reduced lab costs, makes it easier and more essential to tech. The introduction of T3 metal extractors allow you to achieve a massive economy near endgame nontheless, while the T3 Advanced Resource Centers provide you with +10000 energy and +100 metal for a reasonable cost. All of these changes, coupled with the addition of T2 nanotowers makes it easier for you to build units and possess a mega economy, provided you have the necessary territory control.
--T2 Nanotowers
All T2 and T3 land and air cons can build T2 Nanotowers, which possess the equivalent build power of 8
T1 nanotowers and possess a much larger build radius. They are critical to the construction of heavier T2 and T3 units, as well as T3 economic structures.
--Morphing
Morphing has been introduced to a variety of units
-Metal Extractors: 15 seconds to T1 special extractor, 30 seconds to T2 extractor, 45 seconds to T3 extractor
-Radar/Sonar and Jammers: 15 seconds to T2 counterparts
-Solars: 30 seconds to Advanced Solars
-Fusions: 60 seconds to Advanced Fusions
-Storages: 30 seconds to T2 counterparts
-LLTs: 15 seconds to Beamer/HLLT
--Construction/Ressurection unit behavior
Construction units that open or close will now stay open for 3 seconds after finishing their current build order. This means that if a con is assisting a lab with a build queue, as long as the next queue starts within 3 seconds of the last queue finishing, the con will not close and reopen, but will continue assisting smoothly in the manner of a nanoturret. In addition, this behavior also affects their reclaiming ability, as they could continuously reclaim a field of close features/wrecks without opening and closing when changing to the next feature/wreck. Overall, efficiency is boosted across the board, especially for slower animation units such as con boats. This change also applies to resurrection unit behavior.
--Tier 1 aircraft changes
T1 air labs can now build a special assist/repair/reclaim aircraft.
-Arm Fairy: Special ability is stealth AND cloaking
-Core Angel: Special ability is a bladewing like paralyzer weapon
Arm now has an additional T1 gunship, while Core has a new T1 gunship as well.
-Arm Sprite: Medium gunship with a laser weapon like the Warrior
-Core Dagger: Medium gunship with a tri-burst rocket weapon
--Tier 3
There are currently T3 labs for air and land, with the sea counterpart under development. T2 Kbot and vehicle land cons both have access to the Gantries, while T2 air cons have access to an Anti-gravity Hangar. These Tier 3 labs grant you access to both T3 units and T3 economic structures and buildings. In addition, T3 land and air cons can be built at their respective labs, and a T3 sea con will be implemented with its respective lab in the future. These advanced cons have better buildpower, and can build a variety of advanced/experimental units and structures.
--Tier 3 Anti-Gravity Hangar
Can build a T3 aircraft con
Can build a T3 stealth fighter with decent ground attack capabilities
Can build a T3 heavy transport
-Arm Vindicator: Large heavily armored transport with the capability to load up to 50 small units and unload them simultaneously
-Core Vishnu: Very fast assault transport with the ability to release cargo upon death, causing its loaded units to drop to the ground and (possibly) survive
Can build a special attack aircraft
-Arm Nightshade: Huge cloakable and full stealth bomber aircraft that has a devastating main line bomb combined with an awesome large spread carpet bomb
-Core Ender: Ginormous T3 flying fortress with 3 different types of lasers that combine to 11 total weapons
--Mobile LRPCs
Gantries can now build mobile LRPCs, which use the Bertha/Intimidator weapons respectively
LRPC ships will be implemented in future versions
--Super units
-Arm Armageddon: T3 nuke, with enough aoe to heavily damage or destroy anti-nukes when fired at the edge of their protection radius
-Core Duck's REVENGE: So, you find yourself with a little bit of extra metal, around 1000000 or so, and you want to see some lulz, as well as sodomise that annoying asshole on team 2 that combomed you earlier. Build this.
